Terms of Service

Last updated: September 14, 2026. These Terms govern StrikeViews, the Options Owl feed, and ParallelAxiom websites/apps linking here (the "Service"). Full legal text lives at strikeviews.com/terms, which governs in case of conflict. By using the Service you agree to these Terms plus our Privacy Policy and the Community Guidelines. If you disagree, do not use the Service. Material changes are posted with a new date and take effect then; continued use is acceptance.

1. Eligibility & accounts

18+ only. Provide accurate registration info and keep it current. You are responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account; report compromise to support@strikeviews.com. Acting for an entity? You warrant authority to bind it.

2. License

Subject to compliance, a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service as intended. All other rights reserved. No automated/scraping/managed access except via approved API/widget or written permission; search engines may crawl public pages for indexing.

3. Not financial advice

StrikeViews and Options Owl are educational calculation, journaling, and discussion tools — not a broker-dealer, investment, tax, or legal adviser, and not a fiduciary. Nothing is an offer, recommendation, or solicitation to buy/sell any security. Users may hold what they discuss. Market data may be delayed or wrong; AI output is labeled and may be wrong. You own every trade you place. Options involve substantial risk, including loss of principal.

4. Acceptable use

Follow the Community Guidelines. No: unlawful/defamatory/threatening/harassing/deceptive content; hate, violence-glorification, or sexual content; impersonation; engagement/market manipulation (pump-and-dump, signal-group staging, wash trading, spoofing, insider trading); unlicensed individualized advice or coordinated promotion; others' private/sensitive data; malware; circumvention of technical limits; spam/unsolicited funnels; scraping; or any violation of securities, consumer-protection, privacy, IP, or other laws.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post, and grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, display, distribute, adapt, index, and moderate it to operate, secure, improve, and promote the Service (including public feeds, widgets, APIs, and processors), plus aggregated/deidentified use. Deletion does not affect backups, logs, legal records, public copies, or already-created aggregates.

6. Enforcement

We may monitor and act on violating content/accounts: hide (flag) with the violation category shown (reversible), ban for severe/repeat violations (immediate for child-safety/fraud/manipulation), feature restrictions, or featuring quality posts (default 8h pin, still bound by the rules). Evasion via new accounts means permanent removal. Appeals: moderation@strikeviews.com.

7. BYOK data

You supply your own data-provider/LLM API keys, stored in OS secure storage. Their terms and costs are yours; requests go device→provider and never touch our servers.

8. Purchases & refunds

The Options Owl feed is free. Future paid offerings will show price, billing, and trial terms at purchase; subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled (purchase flow / account settings / support), are non-refundable unless the law says otherwise, and cancel at period end. Storefront purchases (Apple/Google) also follow store terms. Our 90-day "Make a Trade" guarantee on StrikeViews: place 10 trades (paper or live); if net negative and the app did not help you manage them, contact us with screenshots for a full refund. App Store / Google Play purchases are additionally subject to Apple's / Google's standard refund processes. We may change prices prospectively with required notice.

9. IP & feedback

The Service (software, design, marks) is ours or our licensors'. No copying, derivative works, reverse engineering, sale, or licensing except as permitted here or by law. Feedback may be used perpetually, irrevocably, royalty-free, without compensation.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind (merchantability, fitness, title, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted/secure/error-free operation).

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, no liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits/revenue/goodwill/data/use. Total liability for all claims is capped at the greater of what you paid us in the prior 12 months or US$100. Nothing excludes non-excludable liability.

12. Indemnity

You defend, indemnify, and hold us (affiliates, licensors, providers, officers, directors, employees, agents) harmless from claims arising from your content, use, violations, or infringements — except our own conduct where the law forbids such indemnity.

13. Suspension & termination

We may suspend/restrict/terminate access anytime, with or without notice, for violations, risk, interference, or protection of the Service/users. Stop using anytime; deletion via app (Settings → Delete account), website (Settings → Data), deletion page, or privacy@strikeviews.com. Backups/logs/legal aggregates may persist as disclosed in the Privacy Policy.

14. Copyright (DMCA)

No infringing posts. Copyright complaints under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) (work, material, contact, good-faith and perjury statements, signature) and counter-notices under § 512(g) go to legal@strikeviews.com (ParallelAxiom LLC). Repeat infringers are removed in appropriate circumstances.

15. Disputes & arbitration

Contact legal@strikeviews.com first; 30-day good-faith resolution. Then binding AAA arbitration (individual capacity only — no jury, no class/mass/representative actions), except small-claims, IP, or injunctive-relief claims. Opt out within 30 days of acceptance by email with name, account email, and clear statement. Venue remote or Delaware; arbitrator decides scope/enforceability except the class waiver (a court decides that). Non-waivable statutory rights (incl. EU/UK DSA/consumer redress) are preserved.

16. General & contact

Entire agreement (these Terms + offering terms + Privacy + Community Guidelines). Severable; no waiver by non-enforcement. Delaware law governs (except arbitration section / mandatory law).
